Every year, FARM recognizes participating farms and FARM Evaluators that demonstrate excellence in their engagement with the FARM Program. The four award categories include: Animal Care & Antibiotic Stewardship, Environmental Stewardship, Workforce Development and Evaluator of the Year.

Nominees must have a current FARM Program evaluation completed in their respective category and must be in good standing with the program. Evaluators who are nominated must be FARM certified in any program area as of June 1 to be considered.
Nominations can be submitted by producers and processors, cooperatives, veterinarians, Evaluators, and others. To submit your nomination, complete our online form.
