IDFA released the second-annual State of Women in Dairy Survey! We are committed to contributing to a culture that facilitates advancement for women in the dairy industry. Last year, IDFA released the first-ever State of Women in Dairy Survey to dig deep into the attitudes, beliefs, behaviors, and policies affecting women employed throughout the dairy supply chain including adjacent industries.
