A newly released information hub — https://bit.ly/4oGnb1s — serves as a central online platform to celebrate and elevate women’s contributions and drive action in support of women farmers globally, recognizing that supporting them helps advance the entire agriculture industry.

USDEC is also standing together with a strong coalition of U.S. agrifood system stakeholders, including the American Farm Bureau Federation, to host a landmark national gathering honoring the vital role women play in agriculture and the supply chain.

The International Year of the Woman Farmer ACE (Advocate, Cultivate, Empower) Summit will take place in ????????????????????????????????????????, ????.????. ???????????????? ????–????, ???????????????? https://bit.ly/3X10qJz. This signature event—held in recognition of IYWF—will empower, equip, and connect women farmers, ranchers, and agribusiness professionals. Through skill-building sessions, high-impact networking, and advocacy-focused programming, attendees will strengthen their voices and leadership within the agricultural community.

The coalition is also encouraging people to participate in the National Women in Agriculture Study — https://bit.ly/485wwJ2 — a national effort led by the American Farm Bureau Federation, to better understand the women behind American agriculture. The study will explore women’s leadership and involvement across the agricultural industry, identify barriers and opportunities, and provide actionable insights to strengthen engagement and support systems. This study offers a unique opportunity to highlight the significant role women play in driving innovation, leadership and engagement in agriculture.
