ELIGIBILITY
Wisconsin Farm Bureau Young Farmer and Agriculturists members ages 18-35 are eligible to apply. Finalists and applicants from previous years may apply again in 2025. Top individuals are not eligible to win in the same category more than once but are welcome to apply in other categories. A new video must be submitted to be considered for 2025.
NOMINATION PROCESS
Encourage a YFA member to apply by nominating them for 35 Under 35! Nominations from agriculture leaders and professionals will be accepted until May 1. YFA members are encouraged to apply whether or not they receive a nomination.
APPLICATION PROCESS & MATERIALS
Applicants are encouraged to apply in the category that resonates most with their career, involvement and goals. This application includes three written prompts an a video submission. Similar to the other YFA awards, you may apply as an individual or married couple. Please refer to the following documents to aid in creating application materials. All application materials can be submitted using the “2025 35 Under 35 APPLICATION” button.
Application materials will be due on July 1, 2025.
RECOGNITION
A panel of judges will evaluate the application materials to select the top 35 applicants. One top finalist in each category will be selected
Each finalist will receive $100 cash and other prizes. Top individuals in each category will receive $500 cash. Finalists and winners will be recognized during the WFBF Annual Meeting & YFA Conference and invited to an exclusive networking reception during the conference.
