As more dairy and cattle producers incorporate FerAppease^® into their operations, FERA Diagnostics & Biologicals has introduced FerAppease mBAS 4L, a larger multidose option designed to support efficiency in large-scale operations. The 4,000 mL jug—

featuring a new identity now applied across the entire FerAppease product line—can treat up to 400 adult animals, reducing the need for frequent bottle changes and improving operational efficiency.

FerAppease mimics the naturally occurring Maternal Bovine Appeasing Substance (mBAS), which is secreted by the skin of the mammary gland of lactating animals. It induces an appeasing effect and helps block stress in the treated animal. FerAppease is applied topically behind the poll and above the muzzle and is recommended for use whenever animals face management and

physiological stressors. Research shows behavior modulation and stress mitigation become apparent immediately after application and can last up to 14 days.

FerAppease is the only patented bovine maternal appeasing pheromone and is backed by extensive peer-reviewed research. All ingredients are FDA-approved under GRAS (Generally Recognized as Safe) standards.
