The Eight Questions that Will Move Your Dairy Farm Forward: Panel Discussion

Monona Room, located upstairs in the Exhibition Hall

World Dairy Expo Alliant Energy Center

What do the dairy farms with the highest performance and greatest employee retention have in common? They have a clear vision, and they are on a mission. Regardless of how many cows they are milking, those positioned for long-term success are asking themselves eight key questions that provide the compass for their culture, sustainability and profitability. Learn from leading dairy farmers who have sat down with their leadership team to answer the same questions that successful businesses across all industries are using to create a clear vision for their farm and their future. After hearing their examples, participants will then answer those same questions for themselves, and leave the room with a road map for where to go and how to get there.

  • 5:30 – 8:30 PM
