PDPW Dairy Managers Institute, Aug. 13-14 in Madison
The new leadership-development program from the Professional Dairy Producers® (PDPW) Dairy Managers Institute™ is designed to give dairy farmers and agribusiness managers the skills and confidence to lead high-performing teams in today’s fast-paced dairy industry.
The inaugural PDPW Dairy Managers Institute will begin on August 13-14, 2019 at the Best Western Plus Inn Towner, Madison, Wis., then conclude with a second session on Dec. 10. The intensive 3-day program weaves together classroom training, self-study, and peer networks with ongoing interactions.
Dairy Managers Institute will help build and refine skills in hiring, engaging and retaining strong teams in dairy, as well as improve time management and workplace productivity strategies. The multi-session and ongoing development format will allow attendees to put new management techniques to practice in their operation, then return for the second training session to share implementation experiences and fine-tune their approach.
The PDPW Dairy Managers Institute is an accredited training and offers up to 21 Dairy AdvanCE continuing education units (CEUs). To learn more or secure credits, visit www.DairyAdvance.org.
