Pavelski has over a decade of experience pioneering activity monitoring technology in commercial dairy settings across North America. Prior to this, he held sales management positions with notable semen companies and managed one of the largest dairies in California. His extensive on-farm experience, working closely with dairymen to understand their management strategies and future goals, gives him a unique perspective on effectively integrating technology on farms while ensuring ease of implementation for staff.
