To advance sustainable dairy farming with Anavrin
|
A Shared vision for sustainability
At the core of this partnership is a shared mission: to revolutionize dairy farming by reducing its environmental footprint and increasing efficiency. Anavrin’s introduction aligns perfectly with global efforts to combat climate change and promote sustainable livestock management.
Anavrin: a breakthrough in sustainable and profitable livestock farming
Anavrin is a unique blend of natural and nature-identical components, including essential oils, tannins, and bioflavonoids. Extensive research and field trials, including those conducted by Wageningen University, have demonstrated Anavrin’s ability to significantly reduce methane emissions. Additionally, it is the first product to convert this energy-savings into a tangible advantage for animals, as trials have shown significant improvements in milk yield per cow.
Economic and environmental impact
Beyond its environmental benefits, Anavrin offers substantial economic advantages. With a daily product cost of less than € 0.15 per animal*, the increase in milk yield translates into significant profitability for farmers, considering current milk prices. A quick calculation shows that even a modest production increase of 0.3 liters per animal per day* would already cover the product cost, making Anavrin a financially compelling choice for farmers.
Expanded market reach through strategic distribution
This new partnership leverages Royal Agrifirm Group’s strong European network, ensuring that the European livestock (beef and dairy) industry can also benefit from enhanced profitability and sustainability.
Scientific backing and global impact
The efficacy of Anavrin is underpinned by rigorous scientific studies, including trials conducted in Wageningen University’s metabolic chambers. The findings in this specific study demonstrate a 13% reduction in methane emissions and an impressive 16.3% reduction in methane intensity. Similar results with methane reductions of up to 21% were confirmed by independent studies in Uruguay using SF6 technology, and by a study conducted at the University of Milan, showcasing Anavrin’s global applicability.

The Royal Agrifirm Group’s existing portfolio of sustainable solutions will be complemented by Anavrin, offering dairy farmers an even more comprehensive suite of tools to improve productivity, profitability, and sustainability.
