Dairy Day is a program for dairy producers held from 10 am to 3 pm. Two locations will be offered: January 15th will be at the Elks Club in Lowville and January 16th will be held at the Ramada Inn in Watertown. Lunch will be provided. Topics include discussing options in the dairy industry, the dairy beef business, regional research updates, and a keynote presentation from Andrew Novakovic of Cornell University. Lastly, there will be a discussion on emerging issues as well as plenty of time for questions.
