Checkoff Promotes Dairy at ‘The Strong’ During Hispanic Heritage Month

As part of American Dairy Association North East’s multi-cultural marketing efforts to show that dairy is for everyone, we partnered with the Strong Museum of Play in Rochester and private chef and cookbook author Chef Ronaldo Linares to celebrate Hispanic Heritage Month.

New York Associate Dairy Ambassador Justin Mesch and fellow Erie County dairy promoter Ashley Niefergold joined Chef Ronaldo in the museum’s Play Lab for a hands-on cooking demonstration throughout the day-long event. They created “Whipped Ricotta on Cuban Toast,” and sampled the recipe while learning how it pertains to Hispanic heritage.

ADA North East also coordinated several live media segments featuring Chef Ronaldo’s dairy recipes in Rochester and Buffalo. We are also running an ad this month on two Buffalo TV stations, as well as digital banner ads on their websites, promoting our Hispanic dairy recipes on our consumer-facing site Savor Recipes.
